Within the theory of PEM, there are no “good” or “bad” emotions. We distinguish 6 key emotions which are all helpful and advantageous if applied correctly and skillfully according to the situation.
The PEM emotional training is based on a bio-mechanical system that is logical and easy to comprehend.
The clear and physical exercises are easy to learn and practice. They allow you to access innate physical triggers for emotional action patterns. Emotions can therefore be easily regulated and used accordingly.
This pragmatic and non-psychological concept of emotions as action patterns de-mystifies the notion of “irrational” emotions. PEM offers a positive and analytical understanding of human emotions, motivations and actions.
The effects of our training
PEM exercises release subconscious and involuntary emotional blockages and open up new ways of acting, communicating and thinking.
Insecurities and fears of your own or other people’s emotions can be resolved, which can then improve and expand your emotional communication skills. Emotional overloads will decrease because your own emotions or those of others will be more comprehensible and their intensity will be easier to manage.
This creates emotional clarity, self-confidence and contentment.
