Within the theory of PEM, there are no “good” or “bad” emotions. We distinguish 6 key emotions which are all helpful and advantageous – if applied correctly and skillfully according to the situation.
The PEM emotional training is based on a bio-mechanical system that is logical and easy to comprehend.
The clear and physical exercises are easy to learn and practice. They allow you to access innate physical triggers for emotional action patterns. Emotions can therefore be easily regulated and used accordingly.
This pragmatic and non-psychological concept of emotions as action patterns de-mystifies the notion of “irrational” emotions. PEM offers a positive and analytical understanding of human emotions, motivations and actions.
The effects of our training
PEM exercises release subconscious and involuntary emotional blockages and open up new ways of acting and communicating.
Insecurities and fears of your own or other people’s emotions are resolved, which in result improve and expand your emotional communication skills. Emotional overloads will decrease because your own emotions or those of others will be more comprehensible and their intensity will be easier to manage.
This creates emotional clarity, and therefore self-confidence and contentment.
Ways of learning PEM
We offer various options to get to know our emotional training. All our programs are officially certified.
- Modular Emotional Training
Individual trainings for one person or a group – eligible for funding through your local employment agency
- PEM Instructor Training
Intensive group training with the aim of becoming a PEM instructor – eligible for funding through your local employment agency
- Personal training
Individual sessions with a PEM tutor
- Personal development
Group sessions once a week in the evening
Individual workshops at the PEM Center or in other cities worldwide
